We accept returns for all products sold via Vape 360 Pakistan. If you have an issue or query regarding your order please contact us. Once the ticket is raised, a member of our team will be in contact to either resolve your problem or provide further details on how to return the item / order to us.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com or use the contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.
All returns/exchanges will be made no later than 14 days from when your shipment is received.
All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment.
No refund allowed for any product after 14 days.
Vape Simple reserves the right to modify these terms/policies.
You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.

Maximum returned postage will only be refunded of the amount charged by Vape Simple.
If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating 'incorrect item'. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order resent via next day delivery and will refund the postage.
Vape 360 Pakistan offers a limited warranty of 14 days on all the products available apart from the following due to re-use issues.

To return an unwanted or faulty item, please address it to: Vape 360 Pakistan, Plaza 51, Block CCA Phase 5 DHA,Lahore Cantt. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless stated otherwise. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of 5000 PKR to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns
